Suspense
.
Suspense can be either fiction or non fiction. Suspense can be created through any element of a story, this may include characters, the title, plot, time restriction and word choice. For example; if the story involves a hero trying to save a victim, the producers will include a plot which will involve suspense, for instance a huge fire in a building with loads of people inside and there's only one way out which is blocked. This sort of story will create 'suspense' for the audience and keep them on the edge of their seat. To create a better suspense, without using the mind and feelings of a main character, but use his actions of what he says and does as more of a suspense builder for the audience. In some stories the characters have secrets that may affect the storyline, this adds suspense to the story and attracts the audience more. Suspense can be known as pleasurable excitement and anticipation.
